Giorgio GALIMBERTI
Director and FIT National Coach

From Milan, born in 1976, he played in the national team for 6 years from 2001 to 2006 and he is one of the most consistent players in the Italian Davis Cup Team in recent years. Before turning Pro in 1995, Giorgio was #2 in the Junior ITF ranking, thanks to the exploit of Roland Garros and Bonfiglio (runner up in both events) and, in the two years of Junior, he has been the Italian Champion in singles, doubles and team league.As Pro, Galimberti has won 3 titles in ATP Challenger: Budapest, Rome and Mantova, and reached the final in many other tournaments. In doubles, his specialty, he won an ATP title (Milan Indoor 2005) and obtain two other finals. In the doubles also boasts the victory in 27 tournaments ATP Challenger. His best ranking in singles is #115, achieved in May 2003, while in double his best ranking in #65, achieved in June 2005. With the national Italian Davis Cup in 2005 was able to beat (with Daniele Bracciali) Rafael Nadal and Feliciano Lopez in the match that led Italy 2-1 against Spain. During his career, also played against players like Djokovic, Roddick, Ferrer, Tsonga and many others. Giorgio is the Assistant Coach of Corrado Barazzutti in the Italian national Davis Cup and Fed Cup (world champion).


Antonino LO PARO
FIT National Coach

He is from Milan (born in 1986) and he has been in Rimini since lonf time. He works as a National Tennis Teacher for the Federation of San Marino since 2010, the School before and now also in the San Marino Tennis Academy. His current national ranking is 2.5, and in his past as a player, he won several tournaments 4th category and 3rd category and reached the finals in several Open Tournaments. He is the captain of C-league Team of San Marino and the youth representative of the Academy engaged in activities nationally and internationally. He was the Coach at the Youth Olympics in Trabzon, 2011 in Turkey.


Igor GAUDI
FIT National Coach

From Rimini, born in 1975, had a successful career both as Junior and as Pro. He represent the Italian National Team in the European Cup in 1999, the year in which it has achieved his best rankingever: #169 in the World. During his career he racked up several successes in Futures tournaments and prestigious results in Challenger circuit, as the victory on the grass in Manchester ($ 50,000) and the semi-finals in Kiev ($ 100,000), Bristol and Budapest ($ 50,000). The greatest satisfaction is the qualification obtained in the Wimbledon Championships in 2000.


Luca FIORE
Director Physical Trainer

Born in 1980, originary from Molise but he has been living in Rimini since he was very young.He is degree in physical education at Urbino University and physiotherapist. Luca is also swimming instructor (1st and 2nd level) and co-founder of +MOVIMENTO, a company of professional athletic training and functional recovery post-injury. He collaborates with the San Marino Tennis Academy since 2010 and previously had a number of important experiences with professional athletes and clubs as part of tennis, swimming, football and motorsport.



Nazario BONI
CAST Teacher

From Pesaro, born in 1964, he is a federal teacher and as a player was classified C1. He has worked as teacher in various Clubs of Marche and Romagna and has been working with the San Marino Tennis Federation since many years ago.
